Press Conference of the 2nd World Congress on Internal Combustion Engines was held in the "Spring City" JinanThe 2nd World Congress on Internal Combustion Engines (WICE), hosted by the Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines (CSICE), is scheduled to be held in Jinan City, China, from April 21 to 24, 2021. On October 31, the first Press Conference of the 2nd WICE was held in the "Spring City" Jinan. -
Welcome to the 2nd World Congress on Internal Combustion EnginesThe World Internal Combustion Engine Congress is a comprehensive technical exchange event for the internal combustion engine (ICE) industry initiated by the Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines (CSICE) and attended by countries, regions and organizations across the world. The Congress covers international academic exchanges, summit forums, promotion of technological achievements, exhibitions of high-end products and technical visits, aiming to build a comprehensive platform for collaborative innovation and harmonious development of the global ICE industry. The Congress is held every three years. The first congress was held in Wuxi city, China in November 2018 with the theme of "Green, Efficient, Innovative and Evolutionary". Over nearly a century, internal combustion engines have provided convenient and efficient power in various fields and promoted the progress of human society. Today, diversified power technology advances by leaps and bounds, so internal combustion engines must be more efficient, cleaner, smarter and more reliable to meet the requirements of social development. In April 2021, the 2nd World Congress on Internal Combustion Engines will be held in Jinan city, China. Around the theme of "Green, Efficient, Intelligent and Reliable", top scientists, entrepreneurs, experts, scholars and other scientific and technical workers in the industry will discuss technology trends and technical difficulties, promote technological progress and lead the development of the industry. -

Prof. Donghan Jin, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, is the Editor-in-Chief. Prof. Raffaella Ocone, Academician of UK Royal Academy of Engineering, Prof. Kui Jiao, Tianjin University, and Prof. Jin Xuan, Loughborough University, are the editors. -

The congress was co-sponsored by the Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines and the Wuxi Municipal People's Government. The China Association for Science and Technology ,the China Academy of Engineering and the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government were the guiding units of the congress.
