WANG Feng is the Chief Engineer of Shanghai Marine Diesel Engine Research Institute who enjoys special allowances from the State Council.
He is a director of the Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines（CSICE） , Chairman of the High Power Diesel Engine Branch of CSICE, Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Society, and Chairman of the 19th Working Group of the  International Council on Combustion Engines (CIMAC WG19).
