Professor Zhang Xin is the expert in expert group for Beijing New Energy Automobile Technology, budget estimation and review expert for New Energy Automobile Key Projects of Ministry of Finance and the expert in expert group for New Energy Automobile Pilot Work of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
She is the director of Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines(CSICE), the director of Society of Automobile Engineering of China(CAE), the executive director of Society for Internal Combustion Engineering of Beijing, the committee member of CSICE Sub-society for Combustion, Energy Saving and Purification and CSICE Sub-society for Gasoline Engines and Gas Engines. She is also the editorial committee member of Journal of Beijing Jiaotong University.
