摘要:为优化永磁活塞机械电力发动机的电动力结构,在分析结构原理的基础上,建立其工作过程的三维有限元模型,并进行了试验验证。以输出电流最大和损耗最小为目标,建立了电动力结构的设计优化模型。基于ISIGHT优化设计框架集成ANSOFT Maxwell下的三维有限元模型,利用NSGA-Ⅱ遗传算法对电动力结构进行多目标设计优化。结果表明:电动力结构的输出电流和损耗值受多个尺寸影响,其中动子永磁体的尺寸影响最大,且存在最优值。优化后空载电势有效值为11.28V,提高了27.75%;电流有效值为0.80A,提高了26.98%;电磁力有效值为10.98N,提高了19.14%;损耗有效值为4.17W,降低了41.10%,发动机性能得到明显改善,验证了优化方法的有效性。
Abstract:In order to optimize the electrodynamic structure of a permanent magnet piston mechanical electric engine, a three dimensional finite element model of its working process was established based on the analysis of the structure principle, and the experimental verification was carried out. Aiming at maximizing the output current and minimizing the loss, the design optimization model of the electrodynamic structure was established. Based on the ISIGHT optimization design framework integrating the 3D finite element model under ANSOFT Maxwell, the NSGA-Ⅱ genetic algorithm was used for multi objective design optimization of the electrodynamic structure. The results show that the output current and loss values of the electrodynamic structure are influenced by several dimensions, among which the size of the kinematic permanent magnet has the greatest influence, and there is an optimal value. After optimization, the effective value of no load potential is 11.28V, which is increased by 27.75%. The effective value of current is 0.80A, which is increased by 26.98%. The effective value of electromagnetic force is 10.98N, which is increased by 19.14%. And the effective value of loss is 4.17W, which is decreased by 41.10%. The engine performance is significantly improved, verifying the effectiveness of the optimization method.
