摘要:建立了氢内燃机一维模型,分别仿真分析了废气再循环技术(EGR)和米勒循环技术对抑制爆震以及氮氧化物(NOx)排放的效果,最后结合两种技术探索了可达到的最大压缩比和最好的NOx排放性能。结果显示EGR技术对抑制NOx排放更有效,米勒循环对抑制爆震更有效,最终在本研究的工况下,可以将内燃机的压缩比从10提升到18.4,指示热效率提升了8.0%,达到了44.87%,同时NOx排放减少了26.2%,达到了1.937 g?(kW·h)-1。
Abstract:A one-dimensional model of hydrogen internal combustion engine was built, and the effects of exhaust gas recirculation technology (EGR) and Miller cycle technology on the suppression of knocking and nitrogen oxides (NOx) generation were simulated and analyzed. At last, these two technologies were combined to explore the maximum achievable compression ratio and the best NOx emission performance. The results show that EGR technology is more effective in suppressing NOx production, while the Miller cycle is more effective in suppressing knocking. Finally, the compression ratio of the internal combustion engine can be increased from 10 to 18.4, the efficiency is 44.87%, which is increased by 8.0%, and NOx emissions are reduced to 1.937 g?(kW·h)-1 at the same time, which is reduced by 26.2%.
