摘要:在传统润滑模型基础上,将活塞环润滑特性、活塞环动力学、滑油输送、活塞环窜气、几何结构参数、缸套变形、固体颗粒等多种因素进行耦合,建立一个专门为低速二冲程船用柴油机结构和供油方式设计的供油润滑模型,并对活塞环间窜气及缸套表面特有的表面织构与油槽结构进行了研究。结果表明,低速柴油机活塞环在整个行程中跨越动压润滑,混合润滑和边界润滑3个区域,这使润滑油的供给条件及固体磨粒的存在直接影响着活塞环-缸套摩擦副的润滑状态。
Abstract:Based on the traditional lubrication model, many factors such as piston ring lubrication characteristics, piston ring dynamics, lubricant transport, piston ring blow-by, geometric structure parameters, cylinder liner deformation and solid abrasive particle were coupled to establish an oil supply lubrication model specially designed for the structure and oil supply of low speed two stroke marine diesel engines, and the blow-by between piston rings and the unique surface texture and oil groove structure of cylinder liner were studied. Results show that the piston ring of low-speed marine diesel engines spans the three areas of dynamic lubrication, mixed lubrication and boundary lubrication over the stroke, which makes the supply conditions of lubricating oil and the presence of solid abrasive particles directly affect the lubrication state of piston ring-cylinder liner tribo-pair.
