摘要:为了研究Mn负载量对NOx存储还原(NSR)催化剂NOx存储性能的影响,采用溶胶凝胶法结合浸渍法制备了一系列不同Mn负载量的1Pt/15Ba/15Ce/xMn/γ-Al2O3(1、15、x表示其后元素的质量百分数,x=0、2、4、6、8和10)复合型NSR催化剂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积(BET)分析仪和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对催化剂的理化性能进行表征;并利用模拟气试验平台测试了催化剂的NOx完全存储性能。结果表明,不同Mn负载量的NSR催化剂整体结晶状况良好,Mn元素以Mn2O3和Mn2O2形式存在;Mn元素添加后,1Pt/15Ba/15Ce/8Mn/γ-Al2O3比表面积最大;γ-Al2O3主要是以多边形状和长棒状的形态存在,各活性组分分散较为均匀;1Pt/15Ba/15Ce/8Mn/γ-Al2O3 的存储能力最强,存储效率为89.47%,NOx存储量达689.43μmol/g;催化剂的NOx存储量由大到小依次为8Mn>10Mn>6Mn>4Mn>2Mn>0Mn;在10%的O2气氛下,1Pt/15Ba/15Ce/8Mn/γ- Al2O3催化剂的NOx存储能力最强。
Abstract:With the aim of researching the effect of Mn loading on NOx storage performance of NSR catalysts, a series of Pt/15Ba/15Ce/xMn/γ-Al2O3 composite NSR catalysts with different Mn loadings were prepared by sol-gel method combined with impregnation method. The physicochemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), specific surface area analyzer(BET) and scanning electron microscope(SEM), and the NOx complete storage performance of the catalysts was tested by a simulated gas test platform. Results show that the overall crystallization of NSR catalysts with different Mn loadings is in good conditions, in which Mn element coexists in the form of Mn2O3 and Mn2O2. The adding of Mn element maximizes the specific surface area of Pt/15Ba/15Ce/8Mn/γ-Al2O3 . The γ-Al2O3 mainly exists in the form of polygonal and long rods, and the active components are dispersed relatively uniformly. The Pt/15Ba/15Ce/8Mn/γ-Al2O3 has the strongest NOx storage capacity, its NOx storage efficiency can be as high as 89.47%, and the NOx storage capacity reaches 689.43 μmol/gcat. As observed, the storage capacities of catalysts, arranged in descending order are 8Mn, 10Mn, 6Mn, 4Mn, 2Mn and 0Mn. Especially in an atmosphere of 10% O2, the 1% Pt/15Ba/15Ce/8Mn/γ-Al2O3 catalyst has the strongest storage capacity.
