摘要:为了在抑制内燃机增压器喘振的同时达到降低增压器硬件质量与成本的目的,开发了一套基于取消进气旁通阀增压器硬件,通过控制节气门关闭速度抑制喘振的发动机控制策略,并在实车上进行了试验验证,对比了“统一节气门关闭速度”与“优化节气门关闭速度”控制策略对喘振的抑制效果。研究结果表明:取消进气旁通阀,通过优化发动机控制策略,可以有效抑制增压器喘振。
Abstract:Most of the turbocharged engines are equipped with a charge air bypass valve to control surge. In order to reduce cost and weight of the engine, an antisurge strategy was developed by controlling the throttle closing speed based on a turbocharger without charge air bypass valve, which was verified by the vehicle test. Results show that the strategy could effectively eliminate the surge of the turbocharger without charge air bypass valve.
