摘要:针对对置活塞对置气缸二冲程发动机存在机油周向分布不均导致缸套局部拉伤、机油耗升高的问题,设计了透明缸套发动机,结合荧光诱导技术,实现了对水平双对置发动机缸套活塞环油膜分布状态的在线模拟测量。研究了转速为200 r/min、润滑油温度为85~150 ℃时缸套活塞环润滑油膜分布状态,发现当活塞位于上止点位置时,随润滑油温度升高,活塞环处油膜厚度变化不明显,而活塞环靠近燃烧室一侧润滑油膜的荧光强度曲线的峰值和宽度都显著增大,说明随温度升高润滑油向燃烧室的输运效应增强,这与润滑油黏度随温度升高而下降有关。
Abstract:A transparent cylinder liner piston ring engine incorporating fluorescence induced technology was developed to realize the in-situ measurement of the distribution of lubricating oil film between cylinder liner and piston rings in the circumferential direction, in order to address the issue of local liner scuffing that usually takes place in an opposed piston opposed cylinder engine due to poor distribution of lubricating oil between the cylinder liner and piston rings, resulting in high lube oil consumption. The distribution of lube oil film between the cylinder liner and piston rings was measured at the speed of 200 r/min and oil temperature of 85~150 ℃. The results indicate that the variation in lube oil temperature has little effect on the thickness of lube oil film between piston rings and cylinder when piston is at top dead center, however the fluorescence intensity of lube oil film on the sides of the piston rings towards the combustion chamber has remarkable enhancement with the increase of the lube oil temperature. The enhancement in the transportation effect of lube oil to the combustion chamber is caused by the decrease of the viscosity of lube oil attributed to the increase of the temperature.
