摘要:在一台经改造的单缸试验发动机上开展了早喷和气道喷射对汽油压燃低负荷工况燃烧和排放特性影响的试验研究。采用的两种喷射策略分别为早喷结合主喷及气道喷射(PFI)结合主喷。研究的喷射参数包括早喷时刻、早喷比例和气道喷射比例。结果表明:早喷和气道喷射的燃油主要影响后期的燃烧放热过程,燃烧始点和燃烧过程前期的快速放热部分主要受主喷控制。早喷和PFI油量喷射比例增大时,着火推迟,燃烧相位推后,NOx排放降低,后期燃烧速度提高,燃烧持续期缩短,燃烧终点提前。早喷造成的湿壁会降低燃烧效率,增加未燃碳氢化合物和CO的排放。
Abstract:An experimental investigation into the effect of early injection and port fuel injection(PFI) on combustion and emissions of a modified single cylinder test engine fueled with gasoline was carried out under low load conditions. Two injection strategies, the main direct injection with early injection and with FPI, were used respectively, and the injection parameters included the early injection time, early injection ratio and PFI ratio. Results show that the fuel injected by early injection and PFI mainly affected the later stage of the combustion and heat release process while the main injection mainly controlled the combustion starting point and the rapid heat release in the early stage of combustion process. Increased early injection ratio and PFI ratio will lead to retarded ignition, reduced combustion duration and increased combustion rate in the later stage of combustion process, and hence a low NOx emissions. The spray wall impingements caused by early injection can reduce the combustion efficiency and increase the unburned THC and CO emissions.
