摘要:为验证发动机使用再生润滑油的可行性,以某公交车柴油机用15W 40润滑油为研究对象,开展了再生润滑油理化指标、摩擦学性能和发动机摩擦功试验。结果表明:再生润滑油的理化指标与原润滑油处于同一水平,满足GB11122—2006中黏度等级15W-40柴油机润滑油的黏温性能、抗氧化性能等要求。与原15W-40润滑油相比,再生15W-40润滑油的磨斑直径相对较大,钢球磨斑形貌表面的犁沟相对较长、较深,划痕相对较宽,极压润滑性能相对较差。热机倒拖时,发动机使用两种润滑油的摩擦功相当;冷机倒拖时,再生15W-40润滑油的摩擦功略有降低。
Abstract:The experimental study on the physical chemical index, tribological property and engine friction work was carried out to verify the feasibility of using the regenerative lubricating oil for bus diesel engines. Results show that the physical and chemical characteristics of the regenerative lubricating oil are at the same level with the 15W 40 lubricating oil used by the original engines, which can meet the requirements of viscosity temperature and anti oxidation properties, etc. of 15W-40 lubricating oil specified in GB 1122—2006.Compared with the original lubricating oil, use of regenerative lubricating oil will not only produce larger wear scars, longer and deeper furrows, and wider scratches, but also make the extreme pressure lubrication performance worse. In hot motoring test, the engine using the two kinds of lubricating oil has basically the same friction work, while in cold motoring test, the use of regenerative lubricating oil will cause a slight reduction in friction work.
