摘要:针对催化器前端3种不同结构的多孔管建立CFD数值计算模型,进行柴油机尿素选择性催化还原(urea SCR)系统的流动和净化效果的模拟,分析了A25工况和标定工况下不同多孔管结构对压力分布及压力损失、流场分布、氨气分布均匀性、NOx转化率的影响。结果表明:添加多孔管前后及不同多孔管结构对流场和催化特性的影响均不同,其中多孔管2对流场分布、压力损失、氨气均匀性和NOx转化率的影响最明显,压力损失达到了1.2kPa,NOx 转化率提升了8%左右。试验结果与模拟计算的数值误差在合理范围,验证了模拟计算的准确性和结构设计的合理性。
Abstract:A CFD numerical calculation model was established to simulate the flow and purifying effect of a diesel urea selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system with different porous tubes at the front end of the catalytic converter. Effects of different porous pipe structures on pressure distribution and loss, flow field distribution, ammonia uniformity and NOx conversion rate were analyzed under the conditions of A25 and rated load respectively. Results show that the influence of the addition of porous tubes and different porous tube structures on the flow field and catalytic characteristics of the SCR system is different, in which the porous tube Ⅱ has the most obvious influence on the flow field distribution and pressure loss, ammonia uniformity and NOx conversion rate, resulting in a pressure loss of 1.2 kPa and NOx conversion rate increase of about 8% .The numerical error between the test result and the simulation calculation is in a reasonable range, which verifies the accuracy of the simulation calculation and the rationality of the structure design.
