Abstract:In order to reveal the influence mechanism of armature eccentricity, a multi-physical coupling numerical simulation model of high-speed solenoid valve was established by using the field-circuit coupled method, and its accuracy was verified by experiments. An analysis on the effects of armature center offset and deflection on the dynamic response characteristics of the high-speed solenoid valve was conducted. The results show that the armature center offset exerts a negligible effect on the dynamic response, whereas the armature center deflection markedly influences the dynamic response, particularly affecting the suction response time more significantly than the release response time. When the center deflection angle is increased from 0° to 0.2°, the suction response time is increased by 19.37%, and the release response time is reduced by 11.35%.
