Research on Image Detection Method of Cylinder Head Inner Wall Based on Correlation Imaging

Abstract:In order to detect the fire surface of the inner wall of the cylinder head under the normal operation of the internal combustion engine, an image detection technology of the inner wall of the cylinder head based on correlation imaging was proposed. The thermal energy field distribution of the inner wall of the cylinder head bottom plate and the total heat of the outer wall of the cylinder head bottom plate were collected, and the connection between the two sets of data to perform correlation operations was used to indirectly reconstruct the image of the inner wall of the cylinder head. According to the temperature change law of the inner wall of the cylinder head under different working conditions, the thermal energy field of the inner wall area was obtained, and the feasibility of applying the associated imaging technology was theoretically speculated. The data simulation method was used to reconstruct the image of single-cylinder double-valve, single-cylinder four-valve and double-cylinder double-valve cylinder heads. The peak signal-to-noise ratio and structural similarity index of the reconstructed image can reach 66.79dB, 0.427 respectively. Combined with the result analysis of the defect area on the inner wall of the cylinder head, the technology can clearly present the image of the inner wall of the cylinder head, which is beneficial to the intuitive embodiment of the inner wall of the cylinder head.
