Abstract:In view of the poor performance of the single power driving circuit of natural gas injection valves, a high and low voltage time division driving circuit scheme based on current feedback control was proposed, and a high-power boost power module was designed using UC3843 switching power supply chips. Then, on a natural gas test rig, the gas supply volume of natural gas injection valves at different engine speeds and injection pulse widths was measured for the above two driving circuit schemes. The experimental results showed that the high and low voltage time division driving circuit using current feedback control could increase the average flow rate of natural gas injection valves by 23.73% compared with the single power driving circuit, and significantly improve the flow linearity. |
