| 摘要:为解决汽油压燃在低负荷工况下稳定性问题,研究了低负荷条件下喷射策略参数对混合气分层、放热率和一氧化氮(NO)生成的影响。采用ANSYS FORTE软件对正辛烷喷雾缸内的燃烧进行了三维模拟。结果表明,在某些二次喷射情况下,当燃料分布有利于较浓混合气的完全氧化时,燃烧表现出快速而集中的特点,使得放热率的峰值从单次喷射的180 J/(°)增加到二次喷射的300 J/(°)。当二次喷射的喷油间隔时间为4.0°时,随着预喷射油量比例从10%增加到40%,p-V曲线下的积分面积也相应增大。当预喷油量为20%、喷油间隔时间为12.0°时,由于喷油过早而导致部分燃料损失。与单次喷射相比,二次喷射由于缸内温度升高,NO生成量增加,同时碳烟生成显著减少。 |
| Abstract:In order to address the stability challenges associated with gasoline compression ignition at lowload conditions, the effects of injection strategy parameters on stratification, heat release rates and NO formation were investigated at low load condition. 3D simulations were performed using the ANSYS FORTE software to examine the combustion characteristics of iso-octane spray flames in an engine sector. The results indicate that the combustion in some double injection cases was characterized by rapid and concentrated combustion when the fuel distribution was helpful to making the fully oxidation essentially occur in rich zone. The peak of heat release rate increased from 180 J/(°) in single injection to 300 J/(°) in double injection. When the interval time between two injections was fixed at 4.0°, the integral area under p-V curve increased as the split ratio increased from 10% to 40%. When the split ratio was fixed at 20%, there would be a loss of fuel since pilot fuel was injected too early in the case of 12.0° interval time. Compared to those in single injection, NO formation in double injections increases, and soot formation in double injections decreases because of higher in-cylinder temperatures. |
