摘要:为解决柴油机电控单体泵供油系统低压油管压力波动导致供油一致性差的问题,利用AMESim建立了某电控单体泵单泵和多泵供油系统的仿真模型并探究了进回油管直径、节流孔结构参数和阻尼阀结构参数对进回油管压力波动的影响。结果表明:油管直径越大,油管对内部燃油的包容性越强,管内的压力波动越小。确定了最佳主、分油道直径分别为12 mm和8 mm。增设节流孔通过增加燃油流动的阻力从而降低压力波动,但孔径过小会导致供油不足,而过大又会降低节流作用,因此设置最佳节流孔孔径为2.5 mm。安装阻尼阀一方面可以起到节流作用,另一方面可以将燃油的动能和压力势能转化为弹簧的弹性势能,最终减小油管内的压力波动。确定了阻尼阀最佳孔径和弹簧刚度分别为2.5 mm和25 N/mm。采用上述优化方案后,压力波动的幅值由0.47 MPa降为0.18 MPa,同时多泵供油系统的供油特性和一致性也得到了改善。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of poor fuel supply consistency due to pressure fluctuations in the low-pressure fuel tube of the electronic unit pump(EUP) fuel supply system for diesel engines, the simulation model of an EUP single-pump and multi-pump fuel supply system was established using AMESim. And the effect of the diameter of the low-pressure fuel inlet and return tubes, throttle orifice structural parameters and damping valve structural parameters on pressure fluctuations of the fuel tube were investigated. The results show that the larger the diameter of the fuel tube is, the more inclusive the fuel pipe is to the internal fuel, and the smaller the pressure fluctuation inside the pipe will be. The optimal diameters of the main and sub-tubes were 12 mm and 8 mm respectively. The resistance of the fuel flow increases while the pressure fluctuation decreases by adding throttle holes. However, too small aperture will lead to insufficient fuel supply while too large aperture will reduce the throttling effect. Therefore, the optimal aperture diameter was set to 2.5 mm. The damping valve plays a role in throttling, on the other hand, it makes the kinetic and potential energy of the fuel convert into the elastic potential energy of the spring, and ultimately the pressure fluctuations in the fuel tube decrease. The optimal aperture diameter and spring stiffness were set to 2.5 mm and 25 N/mm, respectively. Based on the above optimization scheme, the amplitude of pressure fluctuation was reduced from 0.47 MPa to 0.18 MPa, and the fuel supply characteristics and the consistency of the multi-pump fuel supply system were also improved.
