摘要:为了解决中国核电应急柴油机控制系统长期依赖进口的问题,自主研制了智能数字控制单元(smart digital control-nuclear, SDC-N)冗余式控制系统。该控制系统分别针对硬件和软件进行了双冗余设计,具备起动控制、调速控制、相继增压控制、故障诊断及冗余切换控制等功能。在核电站应急柴油机上进行了调速、冗余切换等试验验证,在硬件在环测试平台上进行了极端的故障切换试验验证。试验结果表明调速时转速波动率小于±1%,冗余切换时转速波动小于标定转速的7%,冗余切换稳定时间小于2 s。试验结果满足各项功能和指标要求,提高了容错能力和可靠性。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of long-term dependence on imports of Chinese nuclear power emergency diesel engine control system, a redundant control system of smart digital control-nuclear (SDC-N) was developed. The control system was designed with dual redundancy for both hardware and software, and it was equipped with functions such as starting control, speed regulation control, sequential turbocharging control, fault diagnosis and redundant switching control. Tests such as speed regulation and redundancy switching were conducted on emergency diesel engines of nuclear power plants, and extreme failover switching tests were carried out on a hardware-in-the-loop test platform. The test results show that the speed fluctuation rate during speed regulation was less than ±1%, and the speed fluctuation during redundancy switching was less than 7% of the rated speed. The stability time of redundancy switching was less than 2 s. The test results meet the requirements of various functions and indicators, and can improve the fault tolerance and reliability.
