摘要:为研究空冷型质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cell, PEMFC)内部水热特性,改善电池内部水、热等物理性质的均匀性,提出了阳极多口进气的方式。基于单通蛇形流道进气方式,提出了四种进气方式,并建立了三维模型进行计算分析。结果表明:在0.635 V电压下,使用多口进气的方式均能够提升质子交换膜燃料电池的输出性能,改善膜电流密度、膜水含量、阳极催化层氢气含量、阳极催化层水含量的均匀性,但同侧进气的方式温度均匀性较差。 |
Abstract:To study the hydrothermal characteristics inside an air-cooled proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) and improve the uniformity of physical properties such as water and heat within the cell, a multi-inlet anode method was proposed. Based on the single-channel serpentine flow field inlet method, four different inlet methods were presented, and a three-dimensional model was established for computational analysis. The results showed that under a voltage of 0.635 V, using the multi-inlet method could enhance the output performance of the PEMFC, improve the uniformity of membrane current density, membrane water content, anode catalyst layer hydrogen content, and anode catalyst layer water content, but the temperature uniformity was poor with the same-side inlet method. |
