摘要:基于OpenFOAM平台构建了一种适用于不同喷孔直径下的欧拉–欧拉喷雾模型,基于发动机燃烧网络(engine combustion network, ECN)数据库Spray A和Spray D的试验结果,将欧拉–欧拉喷雾模型与道格拉斯拉格朗日离散液滴模型数值计算结果进行对比。研究结果表明:应用欧拉–欧拉喷雾模型在不同喷孔直径下能够准确地计算喷雾的气相和液相边界,对射流喷雾预测有着良好的准确性和可靠性,并且在小孔径喷雾液相贯穿距计算值上与试验结果更接近,应用欧拉–欧拉喷雾模型在小孔径下预测射流喷雾具有更高的计算精度。 |
Abstract:An Eulerian-Eulerian spray model suitable for different nozzle hole diameters was constructed based on the OpenFOAM platform. Based on the experimental results of the engine combustion network (ECN) database Spray A and Spray D under operating conditions, the numerical calculation results of the Eulerian-Eulerian spray model and the Dukowicz’s Lagrangian discrete liquid drop model were compared. The results show that the application of the Eulerian-Eulerian spray model can accurately calculate the gas and liquid phase boundaries of the spray under different nozzle hole diameters, and has good accuracy and reliability in the prediction of jet spray. In addition, the calculated value of the liquid phase penetration distance of the small nozzle hole diameter spray is closer to the experimental results, indicating that the application of the Eulerian-Eulerian spray model has higher calculation accuracy in predicting jet spray under small nozzle hole diameter. |
