摘要:利用高速相机基于纹影法获取上置喷油器和侧置喷油器在单独喷射和垂直喷射状态下的喷雾和燃烧火焰发展图像。柴油喷射压力设置为80、120、140 MPa,环境背压设置为4 MPa,环境温度在喷雾和燃烧研究中分别设置为500 K和800 K。结果表明:随着喷射压力的增加,不管是单独喷射还是垂直喷射,喷雾贯穿距和面积均增大;垂直喷射状态下,两油束碰撞后损失部分能量,导致其喷雾面积小于两单独喷射状态下的喷雾面积之和。采用双色法研究不同工况下燃料燃烧特性,结果表明:在喷射后1.50~3.50 ms的燃烧稳定时期内,随着喷油压力的提高,各喷射状态下的火焰面积均增大,燃烧温度提高,碳烟生成量降低;垂直喷射状态下的火焰面积小于两单独喷射状态下的火焰面积之和,燃烧温度和碳烟生成量均高于两单独喷射状态。
Abstract:The spray impingement and combustion flame of upper and side injector under separate injection and vertical injection were obtained by using high-speed camera based on schlieren method. The diesel injection pressures were set at 80, 120 and 140 MPa, and the ambient pressure was set at 4 MPa. The ambient temperatures were set at 500 K and 800 K in the research of spray and combustion. The results show that the penetration distance and area of spray increase with the increase of injection pressure both under single and vertical injection states. In the vertical injection state, the spray area is smaller than the sum of the spray area of separate injection states due to the partial energy loss after collision. The two-color method was used to study the combustion characteristics of the fuel under different conditions. The results show that, with the increase of the injection pressure in the stable combustion period of 1.50~3.50 ms, the flame area of each injection condition and the combustion temperature increases, and the soot formation decreases. The flame area under vertical injection state is smaller than the sum of flame area under two separate injection states, and the combustion temperature and soot formation are higher than those under two separate injection states.
