摘要:建立了内燃机凸轮–滚子副非牛顿时变乏油润滑模型,用膜厚比讨论每个凸轮旋转角度的润滑状态。首先,研究滚子打滑情况下接触副的润滑问题,分析了不同滑滚比对膜厚比的影响,发现滑滚比越大,膜厚比小于1.5的凸轮旋转角度越多。讨论了供油膜厚对膜厚比的影响,获得了膜厚比大幅下降的临界供油膜厚。最后,考虑实际工作温度下润滑油黏度的变化,探究了不同黏度对润滑状态的影响,发现黏度为0.01 Pa·s时,部分角度的润滑状态进入边界润滑,且某些工况下摩擦系数随润滑油黏度降低而逐渐降低。
Abstract:A non-Newtonian starved transient lubrication model of the cam–roller pair in an internal combustion engine was established, and the film thickness ratio was used to assess the lubrication behavior at each cam rotation angle. The lubrication of the contact pair in the case of roller slippage was studied, and the influence of slide–roll ratios on the film thickness ratios was analyzed. It was found that the larger the slide–roll ratios, the more the cam rotation angles with the film thickness ratios less than 1.5. Then the influence of oil supply on the film thickness ratios was discussed, and the critical oil layer thickness at which the film thickness ratios decreased significantly was given. Finally, the changes of the lubricating viscosities at the actual working temperatures were considered to explore the influence of various viscosities on the lubricating states. It was found that when the viscosity was 0.01 Pa·s, the lubrication state of some angles entered boundary lubrication. In certain working conditions the friction coefficients decreased gradually with the decrease of lubricating viscosities.
