摘要:针对柴油机颗粒捕集器中灰分积累量随柴油机使用时间增长而逐渐增多的问题,在柴油机台架上研究了不同灰载量时的柴油机颗粒捕集器压差特性和主动再生过程中载体内部温度场的变化规律。研究发现:灰分进入载体孔隙后产生深床效应,使压差迅速增加;灰分膜层效应使压差降低,灰分层在通道壁面变厚过程中,压差与炭载量呈线性增加关系;在主动再生过程中,灰分层使载体内部温度的峰值大幅度升高,且温度变化剧烈。灰分堵塞通道末端时,压差再次迅速增加,主动再生过程中载体内部高温区域向前端面移动,温度峰值亦大幅度升高且温度变化剧烈。为使主动再生过程正常触发和降低主动再生过程中载体内部温度,需采用模型标定方式提高炭载量计算精度。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the ash accumulation in diesel particulate filter(DPF) increases with the increase of engine run time, the pressure drop characteristics of DPF at different ash loading amounts and the temperature change in DPF during active regeneration were studied on a diesel engine bench. Results show that the pressure drop increases rapidly due to the “deep bed” effect when ash is trapped in porous pores. And the pressure drop is lower than that without ash due to the “film layer” effect. The pressure drop increases linearly with the soot loading amount when the ash accumulation increases on the wall of the channels. The ash makes the peak of the internal temperature of DPF increase greatly and makes the internal temperature change dramatically during active regeneration. When the ash blocks the plug of channels, the pressure drop increases again rapidly. At the same time, the high-temperature area moves to the front end face of the filter, and the peak of internal temperature increases and the internal temperature changes dramatically again during active regeneration. In order to trigger active regeneration normally and reduce the internal temperature of DPF during active regeneration, the estimation accuracy of the soot loading amount should be improved by model-based calibration method.
