摘要:针对布置有主油道信号油反馈泵后泄流调压结构的柴油机润滑系统,通过高频压力波动数据的频谱分析和泵阀瞬态仿真,论证了低频压力波动产生的主要原因是阀芯调压过程振动失稳。其低频波动频率范围一般为20 Hz~30 Hz,波动幅值占整体压力波动幅值的50%~80%。研究发现通过在信号油道中设置阻尼孔可以衰减甚至消除低频油压波动现象,有效减小压力波动对发动机运行可靠性的影响。
Abstract:Based on a diesel engine lubrication system with post-pump releasing pressure regulation through oil signal feedback in the main oil channel, the frequency spectrum of high frequency pressure fluctuation data was analyzed and the transient states of pump and valve were simulated. It was demonstrated that the main cause of low-frequency fluctuation was the vibration instability of the valve spool during pressure regulation process. The range of low-frequency fluctuation was generally 20 Hz~30 Hz, and the fluctuation amplitude accounted for 50%~80% of the overall pressure fluctuation amplitude. Low-frequency oil pressure fluctuations can be attenuated or even eliminated by setting damping holes in the signal oil channel, which can reduce the influence of pressure fluctuation on engine operation reliability effectively.
