摘要:针对船用柴油机选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction, SCR)后处理系统,设计了6种不同的混合器方案,利用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics, CFD)技术对混合器方案进行了仿真分析,对比背压、均匀性、尿素碰壁量、尿素轨迹和流速,选择最优方案,最后通过发动机台架验证排放性能。CFD及试验结果表明:文丘里管在上游、叶片板左右交错的方案既能满足背压和NH3均匀性要求,同时尿素结晶风险最小,E3循环NOx排放为0.66 g/(kW·h),满足国际海事组织(International Maritime Organization, IMO)Tier Ⅲ排放标准要求,平均NOx转化效率为91.4%。
Abstract:Six mixer schemes were designed for the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) after-treatment system on marine diesel engines. The mixer schemes were simulated and analyzed with computational fluid dynamics(CFD) technology. The optimal scheme was selected by comparing the back pressure, uniformity, urea impingement, urea track and velocity. Finally, the emission performance was verified by engine bench tests. CFD and experimental results show that scheme in which venturi tube is located upstream and the blade plates staggere left and right can meet the requirements of back pressure and NH3 uniformity, with the minimum risk of deposit. The NOx emission of E3 cycle in scheme 3 is 0.66 g/(kW·h), which meets the requirements of International Maritime Organization(IMO) Tier Ⅲ emission standard. The average NOx conversion efficiency is 91.4%.
