摘要:基于轻型柴油机台架,加装一套排气管喷油的主动再生系统,探究催化型柴油机颗粒捕集器(catalytic diesel particle filter, CDPF)在发动机怠速时的主动再生性能。研究发现:CDPF压降受来流空速、温度和炭载量的影响。来流空速、炭载量越高,压降斜率越大。压降与来流温度呈线性关系,实际情况中炭载量的判断需考虑来流空速和温度的影响。主动再生时,当来流空速一定,来流温度越高,达到主动再生目标温度(≥500℃)的喷油量越小。CDPF入口温度的变化率在1.74℃/(mg·s-1)~2.20℃/(mg·s-1)范围内,即喷油量每增加10mg/s,CDPF入口温度增加20℃左右。CDPF怠速再生时存在快速氧化期,此阶段颗粒物剧烈燃烧,CDPF出口温度会快速上升,同时压降下降明显。通过控制CDPF入口温度锯齿形上升,有利于降低进CDPF进出口温差,再生效率可达90.55%。
Abstract:The active regeneration performance of catalytic diesel particle filter(CDPF) on idle load was investigated by retrofitting an exhaust pipe injection active regeneration system on the light-duty diesel engine bench. The experiment results show that the CDPF pressure drop is affected by space speed vsp, flow temperature and carbon loading. The higher the vsp and carbon loading, the greater the pressure drop gradient. The CDPF pressure drop is linearly related to the flow temperature. The effects of vsp and flow temperature needs to be taken into account during the carbon loading in practice. When the vsp value is fixed during active regeneration, the higher the flow temperature, the smaller the amount of fuel injected to reach the active regeneration target temperature(≥500℃). The CDPF inlet temperature change rate is 1.74℃/(mg·s-1)~2.20℃/(mg·s-1) which means the inlet temperature increases about 20℃ when fuel injection increases 10 mg/s. There is a rapid oxidation period for active regeneration on idle load, the particles burn violently, the CDPF outlet temperature rises rapidly, meanwhile, the CDPF pressure drop decreases significantly. It is beneficial to reduce the temperature difference between CDPF inlet and outlet by controlling the CDPF inlet temperature jagged rise, and the regeneration efficiency can reach 90.55%.
