摘要:设计了一种双螺纹凹槽织构,通过数控精密机械加工技术在柴油机缸套内表面加工不同深度的双螺纹凹槽,槽深分别为50μm、100μm、150μm、200μm、250μm,槽宽均是3mm。在同一负荷、同一转速下通过TCLPR-1缸套-活塞环摩擦磨损试验机研究不同深度凹槽织构对缸套-活塞环摩擦磨损性能的影响。试验结果表明:不同深度双螺纹凹槽对缸套-活塞环的接触电阻阻值、表面粗糙度和表面性能有较大的影响;合适深度(150μm)的双螺纹凹槽能够增大油膜厚度,提高油膜润滑状态,降低磨损,减小粗糙度,同时提升缸套的储油能力和支承性能;不合适深度(50μm)的凹槽织构的性能却相反。
Abstract:A kind of double-thread groove texture was designed. The double threaded grooves with different depths were machined on the inner surface of diesel engine cylinder liner using the computer numerical control precision machining technology. The depths of the grooves were 50μm, 100μm, 150μm, 200μm and 250μm, and the width of the grooves was 3mm. Under the conditions of the same rotational speed and the same applied load, the effect of the groove texture with different depths on the friction and wear performance of cylinder liner and piston rings was studied using the TCLPR-1 cylinder liner and piston rings friction and wear tester. The experimental results show that the double-threaded grooves with different depths have great different effects on contact resistance, surface roughness and surface performance of cylinder liner and piston rings. The double-threaded groove with the suitable depth of 150μm can increase the thickness of oil film, improve the lubrication state of oil film, reduce wear and roughness, enhance the capacity to store lubricating oil and supporting performance of cylinder liner under the testing conditions. The double-threaded groove with the inappropriate depth of 50 μm does the opposite.
