摘要:建立了汽油机连续可变凸轮相位(CVCP)调节系统的Hammerstein模型,其中相位器的动态线性模型基于力矩平衡方程和动态流量连续性方程建立,机油控制阀(OCV)的静态非线性模型根据压力-流量特性图建立,并利用Matlab/Simulink工具构建面向控制的图形化模型。在可变气门正时(VVT)系统试验台上进行不同机油温度下的开环控制试验,利用不同幅值和方向的相位角阶跃响应测量数据对模型进行检验。结果表明,所有试验条件下模型拟合度高于98%,均方根误差小于±1°。
Abstract:A Hammerstein model of continuously variable cam phase adjustment system(CVCP model) for gasoline engines was built, of which a dynamic linear model of the phaser was constructed based on the moment balance equation and dynamic flow continuity equation, a nonlinear static model of the oil control valve(OCV) was established according to the pressure-flow characteristics map, and a control-oriented graphical model was set up using the Matlab/Simulink tools. Open-loop control tests were conducted at different oil temperatures on a variable valve timing(VVT) system test bench, and the CVCP model was verified using the phase-angle step response measurement data of different amplitudes and directions. The results show that the fitting degree of the CVCP model is higher than 98% under all the experimental conditions and the root mean square error is less than ±1°.
