摘要:基于多台汽油机性能对标试验数据的二次开发,总结出了此类发动机的燃烧效率、燃烧持续期、燃烧放热率曲线的形状参数随发动机转速、负荷、过量空气系数等运行参数的变化规律。结果表明:燃烧效率几乎只与过量空气系数相关,二者有明确的线性关系;燃烧品质参数m值主要与发动机的负荷相关,与发动机其他设计及运行参数的关系较弱,在很低负荷时m值随发动机负荷的增大而稍微增加,而当负荷高到一定值时m值稳定在2.0左右不变;燃烧放热率曲线形状呈对称形态;燃烧持续期在低负荷时随发动机负荷的增高而减小,但当平均有效压力(BMEP)大于0.8 MPa后,燃烧持续期基本稳定不变。燃烧持续期随发动机运行参数的变化趋势,可用简单的线性关系来表述,并有较好的预测精度。
Abstract:Based on systematical engine performance bench marking tests on a few gasoline engines, as well as on further development and regression analysis of the experimental data, combustion characteristics, such as combustion efficiency, combustion duration, influence factor of heat release rate curve, were summarized as the functions of engine operational parameters, such as speed, load, excess air/fuel ratio, spark timing. Results show that the combustion efficiency is almost only relevant to the excess air coefficient with a good linear relation. Moreover, the value of combustion quality parameter m is mainly related to engine load and has a weaker relationship with other engine design and operational parameters. When engine load is very low, the value m increases slightly with load. However, when the load is up to a certain value, the value m is stable at the constant of 2.0 and the heat release rate curve is symmetric. The combustion duration decreases with the increase of engine load at low load, but it is almost stable and constant when the load (BMEP) is higher than 0.8 MPa. The trend of combustion duration change with other engine operational parameters can be illustrated by a simple linear relation with good prediction accuracy. The research results provide a relatively accurate simplified numerical model for the simulation of the performances of turbocharged direct injection gasoline engines.
