摘要:为了改善电控单体泵存在的各缸喷油量不一致的问题,设计开发了电磁阀控制单柱塞直列分配式喷油泵,通过电磁阀油量控制结构,实现喷油量和喷油正时角度自由调整;通过油量分配机构,实现了单柱塞向柴油机各缸喷射燃油的功能,解决了因为多个电磁阀、柱塞偶件及油量控制阀造成的每个缸喷油量不一致的问题。通过试验分析了阀杆行程、低压油腔的压力、转速、供油速率、电流及燃油温度对喷油泵喷油特性的影响,并通过某非道路498柴油机进行了排放测试,结果表明可满足国Ⅲ排放法规的要求。
Abstract:In order to improve the fuel injection evenness of an electronic unit pump, an in-line distributor injection pump with single plunger controlled by solenoid valve was designed and developed. With electromagnetic fuel control structure, free adjustment of fuel injection quantity and injection timing angle was realized. And the distributor enabled the single plunger to deliver injected fuel to each cylinder, solving the issue of unevenness of fuel injection to each cylinder caused by multiple electromagnetic valves, multiple plungers and multiple fuel control valves. The effects of valve body stroke, fuel pressure in low pressure cavity, rotating speed, fuel delivery rate, electric current and fuel temperature on fuel injection characteristics were experimentally analyzed. The pump was tested for emissions with a 498 non road diesel engine. The results show that the pump can make the engine meet the requirement of China Ⅲ emissions regulation for non-road engines.
