摘要:试验研究了柴油机固态选择性催化还原系统(SSCR)铵盐——氨基甲酸铵和碳酸铵在系统喷射管路重结晶的对应温度。通过SSCR喷射系统试验装置,调节系统管路温度使气体在固定位置产生结晶,使激光穿过结晶部位到达光敏电阻模块,根据光敏电阻模块输出电压的变化测定铵盐重结晶所对应的温度。结果表明,氨基甲酸铵的重结晶温度高于碳酸铵,同时分别测得了不同喷射压力下氨基甲酸铵和碳酸铵的重结晶温度。
Abstract:In order to experimentally study the corresponding temperatures of ammonium salt recrystallization in the injection pipeline of solid state selective catalytic reduction system (SSCR), a SSCR injection system test device was established. The recrystallization temperatures of ammonium salt were determined by adjusting the pipeline temperature to crystallize the gas in a fixed position and passing laser through the crystallizing part to reach the photoresistor module, and then measuring the change of output voltage of the photoresistor module. Results show that the recrystallization temperature of ammonium carbamate is higher than that of ammonium carbonate, and the recrystallization temperatures of ammonium carbamate and ammonium carbonate are obtained under different injection pressures.
