摘要:柴油发动机电控燃油喷射系统一般采用Peak & Hold驱动方式实现不同阶段喷油电磁阀对电流变化快慢的要求。通过给出的雪崩和储能两种泄流双电源驱动电路,对其开启特性和关断特性进行了详细的理论分析,并对自行研发的电控单体泵进行了两种泄流驱动电路响应特性试验。试验结果表明:在高压值相同的情况下,储能泄流驱动电路开启速度比雪崩泄流驱动电路稍快;而关断时间前者主要由高压电源电压值决定,后者主要由金属-氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(MOSFET)特性决定;同时,后者的MOSFET工作温度明显要高于前者。
Abstract:In order to satisfy the electronic control fuel injection system using the Peak & Hold drive mode to realize the different response of solenoid valve to the current change. The avalanche type and energy storage type two discharge duplicate supply drive circuits were proposed, and its open and close characteristics were analyzed, which were verified on the self-developed electronic unit pump. The experimental results show that the opening speed of the energy storage discharge drive circuit is somewhat faster than that of the avalanche discharge drive circuit in the case of same high voltage. And the closing time of the former is determined by the high voltage while the closing time of the later is determined by the MOSFET characteristics. At the same time, the working temperature of the MOSFET is higher than that of the fomer.
