摘要:研究了催化转化器对消声器插入损失计算结果的影响。研究发现,对应含有催化转化器的排气系统,随着催化器个数增加,无论使用何种声源阻抗模型,计算得到的消声器插入损失都很接近,即消声器的插入损失与带有催化转化器时的排气声源阻抗相关性很小。具体表现在插入损失的结果在中高频的重合度越来越高,低频的波动越来越小。虽然在低频段仍有差异,如要得到更为精确的结果仍需提取声源特性,但在工程应用上此差异可以忽略。根据该规律建立了消声器插入损失时域上的非线性仿真方法,新方法简化了消声器插入损失的计算模型,同时可以考虑温度和气流对插入损失的影响,具有较高精度。
Abstract:The influence of catalytic converter on calculated insertion loss of a muffler was investigated. Results show that with the increase of the quantily of catalytic converter, the calculated insertion loss is very close, which is not related to the acoustic source impedance model. To obtain more accurate results of insertion loss, it is necessary to extract the acoustic source impedance, but the difference is negligible in engineering application. On the basis of this feature, a time domain non-linear simulation method of insertion loss is setup. The method not only simplifies the calculation model of insertion loss, but also considers the influence of temperature and air flow on insertion loss, and has high precision, which can optimize the layout of the exhaust system in the concept stage.
