Abstract:In the micro free piston cylinder pressure power plant under the study of combustion, combined with a single impact combustion visualization test, simplified model for intake and outake of the distance L, intake angle α, exhaust angle β, exhaust diameter Din and Dout conduct numerical simulation to study, applied to double cylinder to make the operation more smooth and efficient. When the distance between intake and exhaust ports increases, the scavenging efficiency of air exchange process decreases gradually. At the same time, when the scavenging angle of the intake and exhaust ports becomes a certain Angle, an airflow vortex is formed in the combustion chamber, which can improve the scavenging efficiency. When the aperture of inlet and exhaust ports increases, scavenging efficiency increases first and then decreases, which further indicates that the aperture has a significant effect on the scavenging process. The analysis shows that the optimal design size of the intake and exhaust structure is as follows: the distance between the intake and exhaust ports is 1mm, the inclination angle of the intake port is 30°, the inclination angle of the exhaust port is 60°, the intake port diameter is 0.5mm, and the exhaust port diameter is 0.6mm. This design size provides a theoretical foundation for the study of the reciprocating movement of the intake and exhaust structure of the micro-free piston engine. |
