摘要:基于车用2.4 L柴油机改造的单缸试验平台,采用试验和仿真相结合的方法研究了不同的射流点火时刻对发动机性能的影响。试验在转速1 200 r/min、中负荷工况进行。结果表明:预燃室的起燃时刻取决于缸内充量的变化情况,在较早喷射工况虽然不会立刻燃烧,但混合的时间更长,燃烧的持续时间更短。各方案中在活塞压缩上止点前10°射流点火时指示热效率最高,为42.29%。此时缸内OH自由基达到峰值,湍流发展适度,共同实现了燃烧效率的提升。虽然此方案的NOx排放相对较高,但是CO、总碳氢化合物及颗粒物排放值均不是所有方案中最高值。
Abstract:The influences of different jet ignition timings on the engine performance was studied based on a single-cylinder test platform modified from a 2.4 L automotive diesel engine, using a combination of experimental and simulation methods. The test was carried out at a speed of 1 200 r/min and medium load conditions. The results show that the ignition timing of the pre-chamber depends on the change of the cylinder charge. Although it will not burn immediately under the early injection condition, the mixing time is longer and the combustion duration is shorter. The highest thermal efficiency in the research condition is 42.29% when the jet ignition timing is 10° before top dead center. At this time, the OH free radicals in the cylinder reach a peak value and the turbulence develops moderately, which together constructs the internal mechanism for improving combustion efficiency. Although NOx emissions of the scheme are relatively high, CO, the total hydrocarbons and soot are not the highest among all schemes.
