| 摘要:为探索丁酮在柴油机上的应用潜力,在一台高压共轨4缸柴油机上燃用了丁酮能占比5%、10%和15%的丁酮/柴油双燃料(记为Bal-5、Bal-10和Bal-15),开展了与纯柴油的燃烧和排放特性对比试验研究。结果表明:随着丁酮能占比增加,缸内温度和缸内压力降低,放热率峰值在中高负荷、高废气再循环(exhaust gas recirculation, EGR)率和主喷提前时增大,使其在高EGR率下能够维持缸内压力稳定,丁酮/柴油双燃料模式可实现氮氧化合物(NOx)排放和颗粒数量(particle number, PN)排放的同时降低;并且随着丁酮的能占比增加,NOx排放和PN排放降低幅度增大,在平均有效压力为0.14 MPa时,Bal-15的NOx排放相比于纯柴油减少了47.67%,Bal-5、Bal-10和Bal-15的PN排放相比于纯柴油分别减少了86.01%、87.20%和77.23%。且燃用丁酮有利于降低CO2比排放。综合来看,丁酮双燃料模式应用于柴油机后,优化控制参数可以实现燃烧改善,整体上可以显著降低NOx排放和PN排放,并且丁酮还表现出良好的碳减排潜力,是一种具备较强节能减排潜力的生物质代用燃料。 |
| Abstract:In order to explore the putential of applicating 2-butanone in diesel engines, the combustion and emission characteristics of the 2-butanone/diesel dual fuel engine were studied. The 2-butanone was applied with the energy ratio of 5%, 10% and 15%(Bal-5, Bal-10 and Bal-15), and the comparison with pure diesel was analyzed. The results show that the in-cylinder temperature and pressure decrease with the 2-butanone energy ratio increasing, and the peak of heat release rate increases at medium to high loads, high exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) rates and advanced injection timing. In-cylinder pressure maintains stable at high EGR rates. The 2-butanone/diesel dual fuel mode can achieve simultaneous reduction of NOx emissions and particle number (PN) emissions. And as the 2-butanone energy ratio increases, the reduction in NOx and PN emissions becomes more significant. When the brake mean effective pressure (BMEP) is 0.14 MPa, the NOx emissions of Bal-15 butanone energy ratio decreased by 47.67% compared to those of D100, while the PN emissions of Bal-5, Bal-10, and Bal-15 butanone energy ratio decreased by 86.01%, 87.20%, and 77.23% compared to those of D100, respectively. Apping 2-butanone is beneficial for reducing CO2 emissions. Overall, applying 2-butanone in dual fuel mode on diesel engine can improve combustion characteristics with optimizing control parameters, and can simultaneously significantly reduce NOx and PN emissions. Moreover, 2-butanone exhibits good carbon reduction potential and is a highly potential alternative bio-fuel with strong energy-saving and emission reduction capacity. |
