摘要:针对船用甲醇发动机非常规排气污染物的检测,基于某船用甲醇发动机,分别开展了色谱法(离线)与傅里叶红外光谱法(在线)的对比验证,同时对吸附柱、取样袋的离线取样方法及傅里叶红外光谱仪的取样管温度、长度、背景图谱等影响因素进行了试验验证。并利用傅里叶红外光谱仪获得了发动机稳定工况下连续排放数据及比排放结果。结果表明:傅里叶红外光谱法相比于色谱法操作更加简单,实机稳定工况下测得的非常规污染物数据稳定,无异常波动及漂移,能够实现船舶甲醇发动机非常规污染物的在线检测。
Abstract:For the detection of unconventional exhaust pollutants in marine methanol engines, the offline comparative verification of chromatography and online Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were conducted on a marine methanol engine. Meanwhile, the verification tests were conducted on the offline sampling methods of the adsorption column and sampling bag, as well as on the influencing factors of sampling tube temperature and length, the background spectrum of the fourier transform infrared spectrometer. The Fourier infrared spectrometer was also used to obtain the continuous emission data under stable engine conditions and the specific emission results. The results show that FTIR is simpler to operate compared with chromatography, and the unconventional pollutant data measured under the stable working condition of the real engine is stable without abnormal fluctuation or drift. FTIR is able to realize the online detection of unconventional pollutants in marine methanol engines.
